Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Need a different size or color? We’re happy to exchange items that meet our return conditions. Please mention the desired item in your return request. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
We thoroughly inspect every product before dispatch. However, if your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send photos of the item and packaging to returns@hydesfashion.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Some banks may take additional time to reflect the refund.
Prefer to shop later? You may opt for store credit instead of a refund. Store credits do not expire and can be used anytime at hydeslk@gmail.com.
