At HYDES, we take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to help with returns and exchanges under the following policy.

Non-Returnable Items



How to Initiate a Return
  1. Send an email to hydeslk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and shipping address.
  3. Pack your item securely and ship it using a trackable service.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.


Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We’re happy to exchange items that meet our return conditions. Please mention the desired item in your return request. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


Damaged or Defective Items

We thoroughly inspect every product before dispatch. However, if your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send photos of the item and packaging to returns@hydes.lk and we will resolve the issue promptly.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Some banks may take additional time to reflect the refund.


Store Credit Option

Prefer to shop later? You may opt for store credit instead of a refund. Store credits do not expire and can be used anytime at hydeslk@gmail.com.
